Lake District Marquees
The great outdoors of the Lake District has long been something to revel at; for many- the natural beauty serves as the perfect backdrop to their special event. And if you’re planning your wedding, party, or special event for the great outdoors; you will most likely need to visit one of the many Lake District Marquee contractors in the area.
There are generally two types of Lake District marquees available for rent in the area; the traditional style tent or those called pole marquees and aluminum frame marquees; for many also known as a framed pavilion. Both offer great coverage for outdoor events and both are available in varying sizes. However, there are also many differences in the two types of Lake District marquees. For example, the traditional pole marquee has center support poles; as well as, ropes on the outside to anchor the tent. The framed pavilion, however, is more of a permanent looking dwelling; hardware and framework supports the marquee. Many couples prefer the framed pavilion style marquee because there are no center support poles. Both types of the Lake District marquees can be rented with decorative internal linings to cover the frame work. As well, many of the local Lake District Marquee contractors are also offering floor covering rentals including hardwood and carpet; as well as, actual doors that open and close.
