Boot

The village of Boot is a very tiny hamlet nestled within the English Lake District. Boot is what one might refer to as one of the Lake District’s picturesque or scenic hamlets. Even though it only has 20-30 residents, it still has a church, post office, craft shop, corn mill, museum and two inns. Although the village is secluded, it is by no means isolated. The tiny village of Boot is still a beautiful piece of history with a picturesque view of all the facets of nature.

If you choose to stay at one of the two traditional inns in Boot, you will have plenty of time to visit the museum, craft shop and corn mill along with taking the time to walk through the village and grasp a hold of its beauty and splendor. At the same time you may choose to visit some of the nearby Lake District villages and towns while you are on your trek through Boot. You may even choose to rent a bicycle and enjoy the views in some of the villages that are close to Boot, maybe stop along the way for some food and drink or shopping.

However you decide to spend your time in Boot, you want to make sure you take in the history and beauty that lies within. Bicycle, swim, boat, or whatever else you enjoy doing during your stay in Boot. Look over the scenery and bask in the decorating facets at the inn where you staying.
